The house itself is lovely, very original in design. The pool is awesome, especially for families.
We stayed with only our baby, they were able to help us with a babysitter so we could enjoy some days by ourselves.
Only thing to note is that the wind can be fierce across Tinos in general, and also up so high we’re the house is.

Honesty, if you want to relax you can stay in the villa only, you will never get bored - reading, chilling, playing, swimming, enjoying the beautiful environment and the sunset; there is enough room to organise your day and just be cool. The service and the communication was brilliant and timely. We did not miss anything.

Surprisingly she said she had no knowledge of Greek, esp Local wines. Nikos was there every morning to clean the pool, sweep tidy up. His English was limited, but his enthusiasm more than made up for it. The setting was beautiful, I felt like I was in a Van Gogh landscape every day. The sun and breezes to windy changed the view comstanly. Close to the coast, at about 1000 feet altitude, one can see islands and the sea. We had a full moon and great night landscape. Low Humidity, and breeze always comfortable, though direct Med sun made exertion in the afternoon feel hot. Nice basket of small local items. Observations that would be useful in no particular order-

The house was very comfortable, though kitchen cramped, and would be difficult with more than 4 guests.

We suffered through a beautiful cool night, but the breeze disppeared, mosquito swarms,, but realized we could close up, and use the A/C, and were fine.

The listing stated a grill, and indeed a magnificent grill and rotisserie, built in, with sink, lights electrical outlets. But charcoal, or equipment. We asked, and were supplied with a 16 inch flimsy tripod grill, which was minimal, and required constant fiddling.Suggest ask for a better alternative.

The 1.5 liter plastic bottle of white wine for €2.20 ($2.50) was a good table wine, and needed up or preference.

Our final night we took advantage of the offer to serve dinner. Anna and Nikos brought appetizers, set the table, massive servings, laid out salad fruit, served the lamb, pork, eggplant, pasta were our entree choices, and dessert choices, wine. €110 for the 4 of us, which simplified the next morning. If I returned I would ask to negotiate fresh fish grilled- I suspect Nikos would be a grill champ.

Great water pressure, and always enough hot water.

Internet good, we never tested TV.

The village of Triandoros is a 10 minute stroll, and stroll, as there is a bit of a climb in both directions. Bar w/ breakfast, coffee, snacks, and tiny restaurant there. The owner, cook, waitress is understandably proud of her very local food. No market/store- had we been there longer likely could have worked that out w/ Nikoslocally for some, but we enjoyed the trips to town for fresh foods.

Local folks are friendly, and want to help, but their direct manner can seem abrupt. Don't misinterpret.

Local maps of Tinos town/Hora, are not very helpful, and what seems a clear direction, becomes vague when when you have gone in a circle. Dmitri and his folks were helpful.

We rented the Fiat Punto, diesel, handled 4 full size adults, limited cargo space, but arrival and departure Anna and Niko loaded her car.

The recommended fine dining Zagos nearby was limited menu and very expensive and we skipped it.
